Gary Muircroft
Gary Muircroft is an award winning Scottish Radio and Podcast Director, Broadcaster and Creative Writer with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. His career has seen him lead programming teams as Regional Managing Editor and Regional Program Director at Global and Bauer in Scotland.
Gary has also presented Network, Regional and Local flagship shows across Scotland and the UK! At the moment, Gary is leading the talented Go Radio Programming Team in Glasgow and also heads up the GO Radio Creative Team where he has worked with some of the biggest brands in the country to develop and deliver audio and video content solutions that attract, delight and connect with audiences around the world.
In addition, Gary also presents the Go Radio flagship Breakfast Show – Crofty and Grado at Breakfast, as well as co-hosting the top 10 podcast, Rate The Plate!
Ian Ferguson
Ian Ferguson is an award winning Scottish Radio Producer and Podcast Audio Producer with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. His career has seen him as Head Of Production for GMG Radio in Scotland and Regional Station Producer across Scotland and the North of England and learned his craft at many local stations across Scotland.
Ian has 29 industry awards and was named the number 1 Station Sound Producer in Europe in 2007 at the European Radio Awards.
At the moment, Ian is Head of Production at Go Radio in Glasgow and also works as part of the GO Radio Creative Team as an Audio Producer working on the recent number 1 Podcast Radio Therapy, top 10 Podcast, Rate The Plate and is working with some of the biggest brands in the country to develop and deliver compelling audio that connects with audiences around the world.
In addition, Ian also works as part of the senior leadership team at Scotland’s longest running music festival Stereofunk, Scotland’s first and leading Brunch Festival Booze Brunch Festival as well as project managing key events for Go Radio.
Olivia Topalian
Olivia Topalian is a versatile and experienced digital content producer with a diverse background in writing, video editing, and content creation. Her career began with writing and creating videos for BBC The Social, where she honed her storytelling skills, developed a keen eye for engaging content and gained the channel over 3 million views.
Transitioning into video production, Olivia pitched, wrote and edited videos for BBC Scotland. Her talent for creating engaging content was further highlighted during her time with CBBC, where she produced viral videos that captivated young audiences. Olivia’s expertise extends beyond the UK, as she has also edited and ideated content for several well-known companies in the United States. This international experience has equipped her with a broad perspective on digital media trends and audience preferences.
With over five years of video editing experience, Olivia has developed a robust skill set that includes both technical proficiency and creative vision. Currently, Olivia works as the Digital and Audio Content Producer for Go Radio and will be joining Go Creative in our shared journey of bringing your ideas to life.
Gary McWilliams
Gary McWilliams is a highly skilled Audio Engineer and Producer with extensive experience working with high-profile clients and personalities. He has a proven track record of producing live radio shows for DC Thomson.
n his current role as a member of the Go Radio Creative Team, Gary continues to enhance his audio production skills. He has worked on the Teenage Cancer Trust’s “Radio Therapy” podcast and The Health Lottery: Paying it Forward podcast, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to delivering high-quality audio content. Gary also produces promotions and adverts for Go Radio and a host of other brands in Scotland.
