Scottish Opera has over 50 years of experience in delivering projects for schools and embark on an annual Scotland wide tour.

Each school is provided with high quality teaching resources, a day-long workshop with a team of teaching artists and an all-singing, all-dancing 30-minute performance for family, friends and schoolmates to share, helping teachers all over Scotland deliver aspects of A Curriculum for Excellence. Next year’s tour Tale o’ Tam is an exciting romp through Robert Burns famous poem, Tam O’Shanter, which introduces young people to the works of the celebrated Scottish poet.
